Eternal Life, You must Understand it to Manifest it (Part One)
Acts 3:6
“Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk."”
Have you ever taken time to examine this statement of Peter? What assurance, confidence and boldness Peter displayed here.
This was after the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Peter was conscious that something has happened to him. His life was not the same again. Peter was conscious of what he had received from the Lord. He wasn’t guessing about it. Look at it again
“but what I do have I give you.”
What did he have? Eternal life? Healing power? Faith? The name of Jesus? Peter received all of the above. He wasn't operating on a natural human platform.
Friend, we have received some things from God. We cannot be beating around the bush and playing false humility in religion or denominational circles. We have received some gifts from God: the Holy Spirit, blessings (physical and spiritual), spiritual gifts, ministry, calling, Eternal Life, etc. The earlier you become conscious of these gifts and make use of them, the better. Jesus Christ also was conscious of Himself and the gift of life He possesses. In John 5:21, He made this bold claim before the people,
“For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will.”
Are you conscious of what you have received in Christ? Do you understand what you have received? How are you using it or them?
You can pray like this, "Father, thank you for the gifts, blessings, power, grace, anointing... you have deposited in and on me. Please, unveil unto me the full magnitude or scope of what I now possess in Christ in order that I may use them for your glory, in Jesus name, amen!

«Alors Pierre dit : « L’argent et l’or, je n’en ai pas, mais ce que j’ai, je te le donne : au nom de Jésus-Christ de Nazareth, lève-toi et marche. »
Avez-vous déjà pris le temps d’examiner cette déclaration de Pierre ? Quelle assurance, confiance et audace Pierre a montrée ici.
C’était après la résurrection de Jésus-Christ et la Pentecôte. Pierre était conscient que quelque chose lui était arrivé. Sa vie n’était plus la même. Pierre était conscient de ce qu’il avait reçu du Seigneur. Il n’en faisait pas des suppositions. Regardez la déclaration à nouveau:
“mais ce que j’ai, je te le donne.”
Qu’avait-il ? La vie éternelle ? Le pouvoir de guérison ? La foi ? Le nom de Jésus ? Pierre a reçu tout ce qui précède. Il n’opérait pas sur une plateforme humaine naturelle.
Mon frère, ma sœur, nous avons reçu certaines choses de Dieu. Nous ne pouvons pas tourner autour du pot et jouer la fausse humilité dans la religion ou les cercles confessionnels. Nous avons reçu certains dons de Dieu : le Saint-Esprit, des bénédictions (physiques et spirituelles), des dons spirituels, le ministère, l’appel, la vie éternelle, etc. Plus tôt vous devenez conscient de ces dons et en faites usage, mieux ce sera.
Jésus-Christ était aussi conscient de Lui-même et du don de la vie qu’Il possède. Dans Jean 5:21, Il a fait cette déclaration audacieuse devant le peuple,
« Car, de même que le Père ressuscite les morts et leur donne la vie, de même le Fils donne la vie à qui Il veut. »
Êtes-vous conscient de ce que vous avez reçu en Christ ? Comprenez-vous ce que vous avez reçu ? Comment l’utilisez-vous ou les utilisez-vous ?
Vous pouvez prier comme ceci : « Père, merci pour les dons, les bénédictions, la puissance, la grâce, l’onction... que tu as déposés en moi et sur moi. S’il te plaît, révéle-moi toute l’ampleur ou la portée de ce que je possède maintenant en Christ afin que je puisse les utiliser pour ta gloire, au nom de Jésus, amen !
Que Dieu bénisse votre journée au nom de Jésus !
