Get Involved in preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom (Part Two)
Daniel 7:14 NKJV
"Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, Which shall not pass away, And His kingdom the one Which shall not be destroyed."
One of the major themes that runs through the Bible is that of the kingdom- the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of God had its influence from heaven to earth; but it was temporary disrupted by Satan he rebelled and when he seduced man to rebel and yield to him. He then became the god or prince of tree his world.
From, Genesis to Revelation, it is the story of God working to fully restore His Kingdom on earth. Jesus Christ came for that very purpose. His central message was about the Gospel of the Kingdom and he inaugurated the kingdom through His death and resurrection. The Gospel of the Kingdom is the general message about the restoration of God's reign and authority over the earth. Jesus represented that Kingdom.
The Gospel of salvation which is about the love of God that let to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross is a subset of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Daniel saw the kingdom of God through the Messiah centuries behind and wrote,
"Then to Him (Jesus Christ) was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, Which shall not pass away, And His kingdom the one Which shall not be destroyed."
The Kingdom of God is here and now, but no yet totally established. What the prophets did not see, was that the Kingdom of God will be established on earth in two phases: the first and second coming of Christ.
In the second phase, Christ literally will reign along with His saints-the church. That was still predicted by Daniel:
"Then the kingdom and dominion, And the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven, Shall be given to the people, the saints of the Most High. His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And all dominions shall serve and obey Him." (Daniel 7:27 NKJV)
The mission that Jesus gave to His disciples is to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, not just the Gospel of Salvation. It is clear that John the Baptist, Jesus, Paul and the first disciples preached the Gospel of the Kingdom of God—not just the Gospel of Salvation. But what exactly is that?
The Gospel of the Kingdom is about the future Kingdom of God that Jesus Christ will establish on earth, beginning with a thousand years at His second coming. At the sound of the seventh trumpet described in Revelation, there will be “loud voices in heaven, saying, ‘The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!’” (Revelation 11:15).
From that time forward, Jesus will reign as “the King of kings and Lord of lords” (1 Timothy 6:14–15).
During that millennium, Satan the Devil will be locked away “so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished” (Revelation 20:3).
This will be the physical establishment of God’s Kingdom. Scripture is filled with details about this time.
At the same blast of the trumpet, His saints will be resurrected with new and incorruptible or immortal bodies to reign along with Christ (1 Corinthians 15: 50–54).
This Kingdom is the Good News Jesus proclaimed while He was on earth. It is during this future Kingdom that glorified Christians will have the opportunity to fix the world under the perfect reign of Jesus Christ, bringing genuine peace and prosperity to mankind. All that we can accomplish now as a church is nothing compared to the total restoration that Christ will bring to humanity and to the world. Let us trust in Him, hold unto the message and invite others to believe the message, that their sins are forgiven and they can be part of the Kingdom of God. Those who wil' miss it will never recover from it. Now is the time to rush into the kingdom of God.

Prêchez l'Évangile du Royaume (Deuxième Partie)

« Alors la domination, la gloire et le règne lui furent donnés, afin que tous les peuples, toutes les nations, et tous les hommes de toutes langues le servent. Sa domination est une domination éternelle qui ne passera point, et son règne, un règne qui ne sera jamais détruit. »
L'un des thèmes majeurs de la Bible est celui du Royaume de Dieu. Ce Royaume exerçait son influence du ciel à la terre ; mais il fut temporairement perturbé par Satan. Satan se rebella et, lorsqu'il séduisit l'homme, l'ammena à se rebeller et à se soumettre à lui. Il devint alors le dieu ou le prince de son monde. De la Genèse à l'Apocalypse, c'est l'histoire de Dieu œuvrant pour restaurer pleinement son Royaume sur terre. Jésus-Christ est venu dans ce but précis. Son message central concernait l'Évangile du Royaume, qu'il a inauguré par sa mort et sa résurrection.
L'Évangile du Royaume est le message général concernant la restauration du règne et de l'autorité de Dieu sur la terre. Jésus représentait ce Royaume. La mission que Jésus a confiée à ses disciples est de prêcher l'Évangile du Royaume de Dieu, et pas seulement l'Évangile du salut. Il est clair que Jean-Baptiste, Jésus, Paul et les premiers disciples ont prêché l'Évangile du Royaume de Dieu, et pas seulement l'Évangile du salut. Mais de quoi s'agit-il exactement ?
L'Évangile du Royaume concerne le futur Royaume de Dieu que Jésus-Christ établira sur terre, commençant par les mille ans sur la terre, lors de sa seconde venue. Au son de la septième trompette décrite dans l'Apocalypse, il y aura
« de fortes voix dans le ciel qui diront : Le royaume du monde est remis à notre Seigneur et à son Christ ; et il régnera aux siècles des siècles ! » (Apocalypse 11:15).
À partir de ce moment-là, Jésus régnera comme « Roi des rois et Seigneur des seigneurs » (1 Timothée 6:14-15). Durant ce millénaire, Satan le Diable sera enfermé,
« afin qu'il ne séduise plus les nations, jusqu'à ce que les mille ans soient accomplis » (Apocalypse 20:3).
Ce sera l'établissement physique du Royaume de Dieu. Les Écritures regorgent de détails sur cette époque.
Au même son de trompette, ses saints ressusciteront avec des corps nouveaux et incorruptibles, ou immortels, pour régner avec Christ (1 Corinthiens 15:50-54).
Ce Royaume est la Bonne Nouvelle que Jésus a proclamée lorsqu'il était sur terre. C'est durant ce Royaume futur que les chrétiens glorifiés auront l'opportunité de réparer le monde sous le règne parfait de Jésus-Christ, apportant une paix et une prospérité véritables à l'humanité. Tout ce que nous pouvons accomplir maintenant en tant qu'Église n'est rien comparé à la restauration totale que le Christ apportera à l'humanité et au monde.
Faisons-lui confiance, restons attachés à son message et invitons les autres à y croire, à croire que leurs péchés sont pardonnés et qu'ils peuvent faire partie du Royaume de Dieu. Ceux qui le manqueront ne s'en remettront jamais. Il est temps d'entrer dans le Royaume de Dieu.
