THE POWER OF CHRISTO-CENTRIC MARRIAGES

1 Corinthians 3:11 (Good News Translation)

"For God has already placed Jesus Christ as the One and Only Foundation, and no other foundation can be laid."

As far back in time as during the emergence of the first man in the Garden of Eden, our adversary, the devil, has been tenaciously dishing out waves of attacks from the kingdom of darkness upon the Biblical Standards of Holy Matrimony (Gen. 3:1-7). This is the case because Marriage was the Number One or Primary Institution the Lord God Almighty established upon the Earth, with every other Institution designed to be an offshoot of it.

The Good News is that every Marriage that is proven to be Christo-Centric or having the Lord Jesus Christ firmly established at its Centre would keep on standing tall while all others keep failing and falling like a pack of cards. The Marriage Covenant is the Bedrock of the Family Unit, which in itself is the Foundation of every society (Gen. 2:18-25). However, the Foundation of the Marriage Covenant is Christ Jesus Himself. In other words, every Successful Marriage has Christ as its Core and Bedrock (1Cor. 3:11).

The world has developed its own preconceived notions and perceptions about Marriage. There are even some so-called professing Christians who have joined several over the years to regularly compromise the Integrity of the Marriage Covenant even to the point of accepting homosexual unions all in the name of political correctness "but in the beginning it was not so" (Matt. 19:8b). Even though multitudes are still trying to shift the goal posts and change the narrative, it's only Marital Unions built upon Christ the Solid Rock that have the Capacity and Durability to stand the test of time because "the Scripture cannot be broken" (Jn. 10:25b).

It is only those Christo-Centric marriages that revolve around the Lord Jesus and His Principles that would attract His Endorsement. This is because He only preserves institutions where He Himself has Vested Interests. Let us enter into the Marriage Covenant with a firm resolve to always embrace both the Principal and His Principles so that we might become principalities.

(1) Durability: Christo-Centric marriages have the capacity to stand the test of time.

(2) Stability: Christo-Centric marriages are built on the Solid Rock of Christ, providing stability and security.

(3) Endorsement: Christo-Centric marriages attract God's Endorsement and blessing._h in(4) Fruitfulness: Christo-Centric marriages are fruitful and productive, bearing fruit that lasts.

Principles for Building a Christo-Centric Marriage:

(1) Prioritize Christ: Make Christ the foundation and center of your marriage.

(2) Study Scripture: Study the Bible and apply its principles to your marriage.

(3) Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts in a Christ-like manner.

(4) Support Each Other: Support and encourage each other, building each other up in Christ.

"Car Dieu a déjà posé Jésus-Christ comme le seul et unique fondement, et aucun autre fondement ne peut être posé."

Dès l'émergence du premier homme dans le jardin d'Éden, notre adversaire, le diable, a lancé des attaques incessantes depuis le royaume des ténèbres contre les normes bibliques du saint mariage (Genèse 3:1-7). C'est parce que le mariage était la première institution que le Seigneur Dieu Tout-Puissant a établie sur terre, toutes les autres institutions étant conçues pour en découler.

La bonne nouvelle est que chaque mariage qui s'avère être christo-centrique, c'est-à-dire ayant le Seigneur Jésus-Christ fermement établi en son centre, continuera de se tenir debout tandis que tous les autres échoueront et tomberont comme un château de cartes. Le mariage est le fondement de l'unité familiale, qui est elle-même le fondement de chaque société (Genèse 2:18-25). Cependant, le fondement du mariage est Jésus-Christ Lui-même. En d'autres termes, chaque mariage réussi a Christ comme noyau et fondement (1 Corinthiens 3:11).

Le monde a développé ses propres notions et perceptions sur le mariage. Il y a même des chrétiens professants qui ont rejoint plusieurs courants pour régulièrement compromettre l'intégrité du mariage, allant même jusqu'à accepter les unions homosexuelles au nom de la correction politique "mais au commencement, il n'en était pas ainsi" (Matthieu 19:8b). Même si beaucoup essaient encore de déplacer les poteaux de but et de changer le récit, seules les unions maritales construites sur le roc solide du Christ ont la capacité et la durabilité de résister à l'épreuve du temps parce que "l'Écriture ne peut être brisée" (Jean 10:35b).

Seuls les mariages christo-centriques qui tournent autour du Seigneur Jésus et de ses principes attireront son approbation. C'est parce qu'Il ne préserve que les institutions où Il a Lui-même des intérêts investis. Entrons dans l'alliance matrimoniale avec une ferme résolution d'embrasser à la fois le Principal et Ses principes afin que nous puissions devenir des principautés.
